Dear Diary

My dad gave me a diary on my seventh birthday. I started writing in it that day, and I’ve kept it up ever since. Not every day, not even most days, but often enough to have a consistent record of life as I’ve lived it.

Writing a blog is similar but not the same as writing by hand, for my eyes only. I plan to use this space to record the process behind our work as we make it. The highs, the lows, and the what-the-eff-made-me-think-I-could-do-this moments.

More soon. Watch this space!

20 volumes of my personal diaries, in no chronological order. I have many opinions on notebooks, pens, and pencils. I’ll save those for another time.
